Waters at Gateway is a 276 affordable housing apartment community in Savannah, GA. One Hundred percent of the units will be rented to individuals and families making sixty percent or less of the area median income. This is Armada’s sixth affordable housing project with Atlantic Housing Foundation, Inc. The project was funded under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program and Freddie Mac Tax-Exempt Loan program.
